Good faith estimate

At Envision Healing Counseling, we are committed to transparency and ensuring that our clients have a clear understanding of the costs associated with their therapy. Under the No Surprises Act, you have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate of the expected charges for therapy services.

As a client, you have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected costs of any non-emergency services. This includes;


You can request a Good Faith Estimate at any time before scheduling a service here.

Your Good Faith Estimate will include:

  • Service Description: A detailed description of the services to be provided.

  • Estimated Costs: An itemized list of the expected costs for each service.

  • Frequency and Duration: Information on the frequency and duration of the therapy sessions.

  • Additional Fees: Any potential additional fees that may apply.

  • A Good Faith Estimate provides an estimate of the total expected costs for non-emergency healthcare services, including therapy. This estimate helps you understand what you may be expected to pay out of pocket, enabling you to make informed decisions about your therapy.

  • The cost per session for individual, or family therapy.

  • Any fees associated with initial assessments or evaluations.

  • Costs for any additional services or resources provided as part of your therapy.


No Surprises Act Protections

Under the No Surprises Act, you are protected from unexpected medical bills for services received from out-of-network providers. If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you have the right to dispute the charges.
